To ensure every fan receives their official box before the opening match of the 2026 FIFA World Cup™, we operate a centralized dispatch model. No matter when you place your order (from now until May 31), your box will be shipped from our global fulfillment centers by June 1, 2026 — so you're geared up and ready for kickoff.

This also allows us to perform the strictest quality checks and premium packaging on every single box.

We partner with leading global carriers including DHL, FedEx, and UPS to provide fast and reliable delivery. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.

Shipping Cost Examples (Standard Shipping):

• United States: $9.99

• United Kingdom: £8.99

• European Union: €9.99

• China: ¥69

• Japan: ¥1,200

• Australia: AUD $15

Final shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

III. Customs & Duties

International Orders

• All prices shown are for merchandise only and do not include any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be charged by the destination country.

• These fees are determined by local customs and are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot predict the exact amount — please contact your local customs office for more information.

• If a package is returned due to refusal to pay customs fees, we will refund your order minus actual shipping costs and return fees.

EU Orders (IOSS)

For orders shipped to the EU valued at €150 or less, we are registered for the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS). VAT collected at checkout will be paid by us, so no additional customs fees should be due upon delivery. Orders over €150 are subject to local customs charges.

US Orders

For orders shipped to the US, packages valued under $800 are typically duty-free. Orders over $800 may be subject to customs duties.

Once your box is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with your tracking number and tracking link. You can also log into your account and view real-time shipping status under "My Orders."

Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

V. Shipping Destinations

We ship to most countries and regions worldwide. Some remote areas or regions with shipping restrictions may not be available — if your address cannot be selected at checkout, we currently do not ship to that location. Restricted areas include, but are not limited to: conflict zones, certain islands, and UN-sanctioned countries.

VI. Address Changes

You can modify your shipping address by logging into your account or contacting customer service — as long as your order has not entered the "packing" stage.

Once an order is in the shipping process (typically 48 hours before dispatch), addresses cannot be changed. We are not responsible for lost or returned packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

VII. Special Notes

• Holidays: Delivery may be delayed during local public holidays.

• Extreme Weather: Force majeure events (snowstorms, hurricanes, etc.) may cause shipping delays.

• Delivery Confirmation: Packages are considered delivered once marked as "delivered" by the carrier. If someone else will receive your package, please ensure the delivery address is secure.

Q: I placed my order and want it sooner. Can you ship it earlier?
A: To ensure a unified global experience for all fans, all orders placed before May 31 will be dispatched together by June 1. We cannot ship individually earlier — but rest assured, you will receive your box before the World Cup kicks off.

Q: If I order after June 1, when will I receive it?
A: Orders placed after June 1 will be dispatched within 3-5 business days, but delivery before or during the World Cup cannot be guaranteed. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely arrival.

Q: What if the World Cup is postponed or rescheduled?
A: If FIFA officially adjusts the tournament dates, we will adjust our dispatch schedule accordingly and notify all customers with existing orders via email.
